The short version of how we work. Nothing here is meant to catch you out — if something is going to be a problem, talk to us early and we will almost always find a way.

Your packages travel together

When your packages are ready, they are collected as one. We don't hand over part of an order and keep the rest behind.

If there's a real reason you can only take some of them today, ask for a manager — they can approve it. And if you let someone else ship on your account, remember their packages sit on your account too, so have that conversation with them before collection day.

7 days free, then storage

The clock starts the day a package is marked ready for pickup. From that day you have 7 days to collect it, free of charge.

A package still sitting with us more than 7 days after it was ready begins to attract storage at $100 JMD per day.

It isn't a penalty — shelf space is the one thing a warehouse can't make more of, and holding your package means not holding someone else's.

Paid, but collecting later? 3 days

Paying puts storage on hold, and you then have 3 days to come for it. Miss that window and late fees and storage start again.

So the two clocks to keep in mind are simple: 7 days from when a package becomes available, and 3 days from when you pay.

If we've agreed a payment date

Where you're eligible for a payment plan and we agree a date together, that date is what holds the fees off. Come through on it and nothing accrues.

Let it pass without paying, and late fees and storage fees resume — including for the time the arrangement was covering. If the date stops working for you, tell us before it arrives, not after. We are far more able to help while the arrangement is still standing.

Packages left for 60 days

A package nobody collects for 60 days is treated as abandoned. Storage stops adding up at that point — but so does your claim on it, and it may be liquidated to recover the costs already spent flying it in, clearing it and storing it.

We would much rather find you than sell your goods, and we don't do it lightly. Keep your phone number and email current with us so we can reach you — and if that long is going to pass, one message is all it takes to sort something out.
